• Provide guidance on managing domestic and foreign trademark portfolios.
• Handle trademark enforcement matters, including potential litigation and disputes.
• Navigate the U.S. Trademark Office processes to secure trademark registrations for clients.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in trademark and copyright law.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Proven ability to collaborate with other practice areas to provide effective legal solutions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
