Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from assignment to resolution.

  • Represent clients during court hearings (in-person or telephonic) and mediations.
  • Provide direct communication and updates to clients regarding case developments.
  • Conduct internal and external training sessions to share expertise and improve skills.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Active license to practice law in Washington State and admission to all federal district courts within the state (or willingness to obtain).
  • Member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
  • Strong legal research skills with the ability to apply findings to complex legal matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
  • Admission to federal courts in Washington preferred.
