Location:

Duties:

• Handle insurance coverage disputes and related litigation matters.
• Analyze coverage issues, draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, court conferences, and motion practice.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on complex cases.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s presence in the insurance industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in insurance coverage and litigation.
• Strong background in handling insurance coverage disputes, including litigation.
• Experience drafting legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and coverage opinions.
• Familiarity with discovery processes, depositions, and court procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Texas.
• Additional admissions in other states are a plus.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research, writing, and analysis.
