Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Provide legal support and guidance to injured clients seeking compensation
• Advise clients on appropriate legal strategies and expected outcomes
• Meet with clients regularly to discuss case progress and legal concerns
• Develop case strategies to achieve favorable resolutions for clients
• Prepare legal documents such as depositions, pleadings, and contracts
• Represent clients in civil legal proceedings, including court appearances and mediation
• Stay informed about current legislation and court procedures
• Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients
• Assist clients with the execution of legal agreements and settlements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury law
• 2+ years of experience in litigation, with trial and mediation preparation
• Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, and legal procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, particularly auto accidents and premises liability cases
• Experience in answering discovery and preparing for trial and mediation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Client-focused with a strong sense of professionalism
