Litigation/Merger Control - Antitrust Associate

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking an Associate with experience in Antitrust litigation and/or merger control to join its expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of antitrust law, excellent writing skills, and a keen interest in handling complex litigation and merger-related matters. The position is open to candidates with 2 years of experience, and the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile antitrust cases.

Location:

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters involving antitrust law, including mergers and acquisitions and antitrust violations.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of complex legal issues.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners in case strategy and client communication.
• Work on merger control matters, including compliance and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain and manage case files and documentation for ongoing litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Experience with antitrust law, including litigation and regulatory matters.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in the applicable jurisdiction.

Skills:
