  • Negotiate settlements, obtain necessary authority, and prepare cases for trial

Requirements

  • Active South Carolina Bar license
  • 1-5 years of practice experience
  • 1-3 years of litigation experience (insurance defense experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  • Comfort working in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications
