Transportation and Trucking Attorney

• Maintain client relationships by offering timely legal advice and updates.
• Stay up-to-date with transportation laws and regulations, including industry trends and changes.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in transportation or trucking law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters related to transportation, compliance, and litigation.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the state of Georgia.
