  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and legal approaches.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of courtroom experience in criminal defense or related areas.
  • Active membership in the Virginia State Bar.
  • Proven trial experience and strong litigation skills.
  • Experience handling a variety of criminal defense cases, from misdemeanors to felonies.
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
