Corporate/Banking Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a Corporate/Banking Associate Attorney to join its Oklahoma City office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in banking and general corporate/business law or those looking to transition from litigation to corporate practice.

Duties

• Assist in banking and general corporate/business matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate transactions
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Provide legal advice to clients on corporate compliance and regulatory issues
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on various projects and transactions

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in Oklahoma
• Experience in banking and corporate law preferred, but candidates transitioning from litigation will be considered

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of Oklahoma
