This position offers an opportunity to work directly on various legal cases, attending court hearings, conducting mediations, and ensuring thorough legal documentation and client updates.

Duties

• Represent clients at court hearings and mediations
• Conduct depositions and prepare the necessary documentation
• Review and analyze petitions and discovery materials
• Draft motions, summaries, and other legal documents
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the firm

Requirements

• Active Bar License (required)
• 0-3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Spanish (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle complex cases and manage time effectively

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (required)
