Associate Attorney - Litigation

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its collaborative team in San Diego, CA. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of areas, including community association law, contract negotiation, and litigation of disputes.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and enforceability of CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).
• Assist in resolving architectural disputes and performing insurance reviews.
• Engage in contract litigation, personal injury claims, property damage claims, and construction law matters.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.
• Educate clients on relevant laws and regulations affecting community associations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with 6 years preferred.
• Experience in community association law is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

• Licensed to practice law in California.
