Location:

Duties:

• Participate in initial client meetings, addressing their concerns and discussing their cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to assess liability, damages, and legal strategies for personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to inform case strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and support throughout their recovery.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable settlements for clients.
• Mentor and supervise a team of legal professionals, offering training, feedback, and support.
• Enhance legal skills through direct collaboration with experienced attorneys.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or willing to obtain licensure.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use technology, including AI and case management software.
• Empathetic and client-centered approach to legal practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD)

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or willing to become licensed in Colorado.
