Location:

Duties:

• Handle discovery, hearings, and trials for workers' compensation cases
• Conduct legal research and draft relevant legal documents
• Lead and manage an assigned team or group within the office
• Meet deadlines and manage a large caseload autonomously

Requirements:

• No prior workers' compensation experience required
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Completion of law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and advocate effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar
