Job Overview:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, petitions, and motions.
• Draft discovery documents and stipulations of settlement.
• Participate in depositions and negotiate settlements.
• Handle heavy client contact and provide ongoing case updates.
• Attend court conferences, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with staff and counsel to develop case strategies.
• Manage all phases of family law litigation, including child custody, divorce, spousal support, and related matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in matrimonial and family law.
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
