Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its dynamic business practice. This role involves working across multiple practice areas, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Finance, and Corporate Law. The position offers the flexibility of remote work as part of the regular schedule, with opportunities to contribute to an active and growing team.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate transactions, Commercial Finance, and Corporate Law.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards and client objectives.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of corporate transactions, including real estate acquisitions, mergers, and commercial finance deals.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and relevant legal precedents to inform strategic client advice.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: M&A, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Law.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with both internal teams and clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
