Job Title: Mid-Level Leasing Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a dedicated attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing to join its dynamic Real Estate Group. This role offers a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional legal services while fostering professional growth.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and associated agreements, including term sheets and letters of intent.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Produce quality work products promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet all deadlines.
• Engage in both sedentary and active tasks, including computer work and meetings.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admitted to practice in Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Virginia Bar admission is required.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the commercial leasing market.
• Experience with diverse property types: office, retail, and industrial.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
