No-Fault Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its No-Fault and Coverage Practice Group in Hackensack, New Jersey. This role focuses on defending New Jersey No-Fault claims and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility while fostering professional growth.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of New Jersey No-Fault claims, ensuring effective defense strategies.
• Conduct examinations under oath and depositions as part of the claims process.
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
• Draft and prepare various legal documents and filings related to cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys while developing independence in case management.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (required).
• New York Bar admission is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience with New Jersey No-Fault claims, whether on the defense or plaintiff side.
• General litigation experience is beneficial.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New Jersey Bar is required; New York Bar certification is preferred.

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration.
