Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its growing team. Duties:

• Handle patent litigation matters for national and international clients.

• Provide legal counsel and representation in intellectual property disputes, particularly in patent law.

• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery requests.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

• Collaborate with team members and clients in a client-focused, team-oriented environment.

• Represent clients in court hearings and trials as necessary.

• Work in a hybrid work environment with two to three days in the office.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of intellectual property litigation experience, with a focus on patent law.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Strong academic background.

Certifications:

• Admission to the relevant state bar.

Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in patent litigation.

• Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is highly preferred.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
