Worker's Compensation Defense Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

• Provide defense in Workers' Compensation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Represent clients in hearings and trials
• Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, and staff
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
• Travel to client meetings or hearings, as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense
• Must be a member of the California State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Ability to work well with clients and a diverse team
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Strong work ethic and dedication to client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
