Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership with the Virginia State Bar.
  • Proven experience handling immigration matters, including visas, deportation defense, and family-based or employment-based immigration.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in a second language is preferred but not required.

Education:
