Duties:

• Negotiate settlements for personal injury claims, primarily focusing on motor vehicle accidents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters via phone to resolve claims.
• Participate in internal continuing legal education programs to enhance legal knowledge and practical skills.
• Build case value and set realistic client expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage case files throughout the pre-litigation process.

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina law license.
• Comfort and confidence in handling phone conversations with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Strong work ethic and a desire for continuous professional growth.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and maintain organization.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active South Carolina bar license required.
