Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle construction/surety litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Preferred experience in construction/surety litigation.
