Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including class actions and single-plaintiff cases.
• Provide general employment advice and counsel to clients.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend and represent clients at evidentiary hearings, status conferences, and trials.
• Manage discovery processes and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in labor and employment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of general litigation and labor and employment law experience.

• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
