  • Manage court appearances, trials, motion drafting, and witness interviews.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to analyze case outcomes based on legal precedents.
  • Oversee a personal caseload, ensuring timely and efficient management of each case.
  • Provide detailed legal analysis for clients, assessing potential case benefits.
  • Gather and present evidence supporting the client’s defense or countering the prosecution’s charges.
  • Prepare clients for depositions and collaborate with witnesses and experts to strengthen the client's position.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in criminal defense law.
  • Experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing support and strategic insights to colleagues.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in the state of California.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research abilities to predict case outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
