Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a junior-level Managed Care Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial litigation and an understanding of the managed care or healthcare sectors.

Location:

Duties:

  • Handle multiple litigation cases and manage regulatory or compliance matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for litigation and client counseling.
  • Coordinate with other associates and staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding case developments.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
  • Experience in managed care or healthcare is required.
  • Proven ability to manage cases and provide client counseling.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing of the California State Bar.
