Duties:

• Handle a variety of immigration cases, including visa applications and other legal matters related to immigration law
• Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on immigration issues
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with immigration laws
• Draft and prepare legal documents related to immigration cases
• Represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in handling immigration law cases and visa processes
• Strong understanding of immigration laws and related legal issues
• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis
• Strong communication and client-interaction skills, both written and verbal

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the State Bar Association
