  • Stay updated on new legislation and regulatory rulings impacting employee benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive client service.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law, preferably in Indiana, or willing to obtain licensure.
  • 1-6 years of experience in employee benefits law, though candidates with strong related qualifications and less specific experience may be considered.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly and simply.
  • Flexible attitude towards working arrangements, including openness to part-time or remote work as necessary.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in one or more states; Indiana preferred or willingness to obtain state bar admission.
