Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and stay current with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and individuals to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for complex immigration cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on case progress.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases.
  • Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent client service and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for client service and proactive approach to legal issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
