Job Overview:

The Junior Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting loan documents, managing loan transactions, and handling multiple matters simultaneously within the commercial finance sector.

 

Duties:

  • Draft loan documents accurately and efficiently
  • Manage loan transactions from start to finish
  • Handle multiple matters concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the Bar in New York or taking steps to become admitted
  • 2+ years of commercial finance experience at a law firm

 

Education & Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

 

Skills:

  • Experience in drafting loan documents
  • Ability to manage loan transactions
  • Strong organizational skills for handling multiple matters concurrently
