Job Overview:
A motivated Litigation Intake Associate Attorney is sought to provide exceptional client service while managing new client sign-ups and case development. This role emphasizes ethical standards and aims to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Duties:

• Sign up new clients and develop assigned matters.
• Analyze legal issues unique to each case.
• Review demands and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Engage in initial litigation and resolve matters efficiently.
• Disburse client funds upon resolution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas state bar license in good standing.
• 0-3 years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Texas State Bar membership.
