Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, title and survey, closings).

  • Ability to perform legal due diligence and draft legal documents with precision.
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate transactional law.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar.
