Duties

• Represent injured clients with empathy and efficiency, providing comprehensive legal services.
• Evaluate potential new client cases, ensuring all relevant facts are gathered.
• Ensure compliance with legal processes and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor the finalization of settlement disbursements.
• Perform leadership and management duties when needed within the team.
• Maintain high-quality case management in a high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Active member of the Arizona State Bar or in the process of completing Character & Fitness requirements.
• Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume legal environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
• High level of professionalism and business judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership or pending membership in the Arizona State Bar.
