Business Law Attorney

Carmel office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business law attorney with 7+ years of estate planning experience. The candidate will be supporting the existing business law practice and serving in a leadership role. Will assist with significant transactions and assume responsibility in this very active practice. Should have broad experience, including complex transactions, strategy, mergers, acquisitions, intellectual property, contracts, leases, etc. Significant experience in business transactions, contracts, corporate governance, trademarks, and other matters needed. Admission to the California Bar is essential. MBA preferred.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills needed. Should have excellent organizational, and analytical skills, and attention to detail. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Should have client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
