Business Immigration Attorney

Goodyear office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience in business and employment immigration including H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM. The candidate will prepare complex business non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, supervise paralegals and communicate effectively with clients. Should preferably have experience with O-1, EB-1, physician immigration (J-1 Waiver and physician NIW), as well as E-2 and EB-5 experience. Computer knowledge and the ability to work with the firms database program are essential.

The candidate should have superior research, writing, case management, and analytical and organizational skills. Must have exceptional client service and case management skills.
