Duties:

• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and regular updates.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in tort and insurance defense litigation.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex legal matters and high-profile cases.
• Ability to assume immediate client contact and responsibilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
