A law firm in Madison is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Associate Attorney with experience in bankruptcy and transactional law. Duties:

  • Assist with bankruptcy and transactional law matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in bankruptcy and transactional law.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Wisconsin Bar admission is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
