Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and oppose legal motions

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • CA Bar membership is required
  • 2-4 years of experience managing litigated cases from start to finish
  • Experience with trial preparation is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Extensive legal knowledge and expertise
  • Ability to work collaboratively with firm paralegals and staff

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar (CA Bar)

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and motions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and litigation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
