Job Overview: A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Trial Attorney to handle complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. This role involves working on a variety of high-stakes cases, including motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, traumatic injuries, and other catastrophic injury matters. The successful candidate will bring strong courtroom advocacy skills, along with a passion for ensuring justice for clients.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, handling all aspects from inception to trial.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and file motions.
  • Manage discovery, depositions, and pre-trial preparation.
  • Lead courtroom advocacy in personal injury trials, including jury selection, opening statements, and witness examination.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and experts to build strong cases.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, and ensure effective trial strategy for successful outcomes.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to firm growth and client success.

Requirements:

  • Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Extensive trial experience in personal injury and/or wrongful death cases, including medical malpractice.
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to client advocacy and justice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Nevada State Bar is required.
