A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with experience in Real Estate, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, or Title Law to join its West Palm Beach, FL office. The firm, with over 40 years of experience, represents major financial institutions, mortgage lenders, and banks. The role will focus on representing secured creditors and handling all aspects of foreclosure litigation. This is a full-time opportunity offering a dynamic work environment in a fast-paced mid-sized firm.

Duties

  • Represent secured creditors, mortgage lenders, banks, and financial institutions in foreclosure litigation.
  • Draft and file various legal documents, including motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and orders to show cause.
  • Conduct and defend depositions as part of the litigation process.
  • Review, interpret, and address court correspondence, attorney communications, and legal regulations.
  • Analyze case data, evidence, and legal questions to develop strategic legal approaches.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in Florida (FL Bar admission).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.
  • At least 3 years of legal experience in real estate law, title law, or bankruptcy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with leadership qualities and the ability to handle a demanding workload.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
