Randolph office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience and/or judicial clerkship. The candidate will serve in the trial preparation and court appearances. Will have attendance at monthly board meetings for community associations. Drafting and preparing contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, and memoranda. Corresponding via phone and email with Courts, clients, homeowners landlords and tenants, Legal Research using Westlaw. Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York (Pennsylvania a plus).

The candidate should be very organized and computer savvy; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent research and writing skills are needed. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while meeting deadlines is essential. Ability to work independently and as a team member is needed.
