Duties

  • Manage a diverse range of complex civil litigation, particularly related to cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
  • Lead all phases of litigation, including client engagement, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to support case strategies.
  • Conduct mediations, oral arguments at hearings, and other related litigation processes.
  • Perform detailed legal research and prepare comprehensive written documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on cyber, data, or privacy law.
  • Strong academic record and a history of delivering high-quality research and writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
