Duties:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Maryland Bar.
  • Admission to the D.C. and/or Virginia Bar (preferred).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents in medical malpractice defense.
  • Ability to analyze complex medical and legal issues.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic discovery and case management software.
