Job Title: Mid-Level Leasing Attorney

Job Location: Miami, FL

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm seeks a skilled attorney with at least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing to join its dynamic Real Estate Group.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements, including term sheets, letters of intent, work letters, and SNDAs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and other relevant parties.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.
• Meet deadlines while fostering positive working relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and procedures.
• Engage in both sedentary and active tasks, including extended periods at a computer and participation in meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Florida.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the commercial leasing market and market norms.
• Experience with various property types, including office, retail, and industrial.
• Proven ability to represent landlords effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and good business judgment.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
