Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in business transactions and/or litigation
  • Experience in construction, real property, or commercial litigation preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado Bar (in good standing)
