Duties

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and manage cases effectively.
  • Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines and court orders.
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication throughout the litigation process.
  • Participate in legal research, analysis, and preparation of legal briefs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of litigation experience, including trial preparation and court appearances.
  • Ability to independently manage a full caseload of diverse cases.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and integrity.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
