Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Attorney to join our business and corporate transactions practice in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience advising clients in various areas of corporate law, including contracts, transactional work, finance, and real estate.

Duties:

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate law matters.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and transactional documents.
• Provide outside general counsel services to businesses.
• Assist with finance-related legal issues and real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business and corporate law.
• Strong experience in advising clients on corporate legal matters.
• Portable book of business is a plus.
• Solid academic credentials and admission to the Ohio Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Ohio.
