Litigation Attorney

Red Bank office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with some experience. The candidate will take ownership of a client's case, including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and handling depositions. Must have strong skills in research, writing, courtroom presentation, the ability to communicate with clients and use of technology. Must have significant experience in civil litigation insurance defense, insurance coverage, business/commercial litigation, personal injury and/or construction claims/defects. Experience handling cases from start to finish is absolutely necessary. Trial experience is a plus. Bar admission is required.
