A law firm seeks dynamic Employment Litigation Attorneys to join its expanding team in San Diego, California. This position offers an opportunity to engage in all phases of employment litigation and counseling, allowing attorneys to work on significant matters while building strong relationships with clients, judges, arbitrators, and mediators.

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial processes.
  • Provide legal counseling and guidance to clients on employment-related issues.
  • Collaborate actively with team members and engage with various stakeholders in the legal process.
  • Participate in law-related organizations and contribute to volunteer or pro bono activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in employment law and litigation.
  • Strong motivation to learn and practice employment law at a high standard.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A commitment to quality and detail in all aspects of legal work.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar license.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage cases effectively while maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
