  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes in the best interest of clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
  • Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress.
  • Attend and participate in continuing legal education (CLE) to stay current with legal developments.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in California and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Experience in managing insurance defense cases, focusing on bodily injury defense, construction defects, and employment matters.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to meet client needs.
  • Strong organizational and case management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
