• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in family law.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and effectively present cases.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the process.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other legal staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines while maintaining quality client service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in Kentucky and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in family law litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Passion for providing high-quality legal representation and client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
